Tell us who needs help, what is needed and why.
Help verified local people and causes raise money transparently, show how it was spent and demonstrate the difference it made.
Community-help money, surpluses and recurring payments are never transferred to candidates, elections or political activity. The legal, banking, accounting and safeguarding structure must keep this section entirely separate.
Even a small regular amount allows the team to budget and plan ahead. General gifts are divided 80% to the selected Local Help Fund and 20% to the National Help Fund. Both can only be used for community help.
People should see who or what they are helping, what is needed, the target, fees, progress and evidence after completion.

Check identity, consent, local connection, evidence and supplier costs.
Agree the public story, target, fees and what happens to any surplus.
